Spent 4 years studying design through the lens of people, behaviour and technology:

Learning to look beyond - "What should we make?"

And asking - "Why does this problem exist in the first place?"

The degree taught me to lead with research, frame problems before solving them, and turn ambiguous questions into meaningful design directions.

Along the way, I developed a strong foundation in human-centred design, qualitative research, systems thinking and storytelling, and found myself increasingly drawn to sharing ideas, whether through research papers, presentations or public speaking.
